Puis d\u00e9coupez la p\u00e2te en fines lamelles pour former les nouilles.<\/li>\n<li>Faites chauffer un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive extra vierge bio dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen. Ajoutez les gousses d&rsquo;ail pr\u00e9alablement finement hach\u00e9es. Laissez mijoter doucement jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9es. Ajoutez le persil frais hach\u00e9 dans la po\u00eale et m\u00e9langez bien.<\/li>\n<li>Transf\u00e9rez dans un mixeur et mixez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une consistance lisse. Ajustez le sel selon votre go\u00fbt.<\/li>\n<li>Pendant ce temps, faites bouillir les nouilles dans une casserole d&rsquo;eau bouillante jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient al dente. \u00c9gouttez les p\u00e2tes et transf\u00e9rez-les dans la po\u00eale avec la cr\u00e8me d&rsquo;ail et de persil.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langez d\u00e9licatement jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit uniform\u00e9ment enrob\u00e9e de cr\u00e8me.
